We provide care, regardless of the ability to pay, to anyone, anywhere they call home.

Covenant Hospice is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization. Our interdisciplinary teams are staffed by physicians and nurse practitioners who make home visits, bereavement specialists, social workers, spiritual support teams, nursing care teams, and hospice aides. They are supported by over 2,000 specially trained volunteers through our award winning Volunteer Support team. Covenant Hospice also offers specialty services through our three unique inpatient Care Centers, our Children’s and Family programs, our affiliation with Alzheimer’s Family Services, and our partnership in the We Honor Veterans program.
